The workshop follows a structured creative process:
- Opening: Facilitated entry points focused on colour, gesture, symbol, and movement to remove creative anxiety.
- Making: Participants work through individual creative tasks, followed by small-group exercises to share symbolic mark-making and texture work.
- Integration: The group coalesces to assemble individual inputs into a coherent, collective work.
- Closing: A structured reflection session to document the process and link the creative outcomes to team or leadership themes.

Setup requires approximately 45 minutes and pack-down around 30 minutes. Requires good natural light and sufficient wall or table space for participants. For groups exceeding 30, a second facilitator or specific room configuration is requested.
