Description
A creative reset for the busy mind.
Writing is a powerful tool for clarity and innovation, yet we rarely get the chance to use it purely for exploration. This workshop provides the space and structure to do just that. Through a series of guided prompts and exercises, we explore accessible "ways in" to writing—helping participants unblock their thinking and approach problems from fresh angles.
This session serves a dual purpose: it builds a practical creative toolkit for generating and developing ideas, whilst acting as a restorative practice to reduce stress. Whether your goal is to spark new concepts for a specific project or simply to enjoy the mental clarity of putting pen to paper, this is an inclusive, pressure-free environment for all experience levels.
Benefits
