We are more creative than we realize and can show it in daily life by challenging our beliefs, letting go of rigid habits. We shouldn't overlook the importance of play in life. Enjoyment and laughter are neccesary—let them come naturally.
In the workshop, participants will do exercises to step outside their comfort zones, reconnect with their inner child, and view things from a different perspective . Activities also include visualizations, painting, partner work, movie clips, and spiritual readings.

About the Host
I am a writer, mystic poet and expressive speaker who tries to help others to break mental barriers and find inner peace. In my sessions and workshops I usually combine meditation, writings, corporal movements, drawings and personal poetry readings to create a full vital experience. “Thoughts are not so important, the real objetive is to connect with your self.“
