Description

A guided Do-In and sound wellness session combining centering, mindful movement, self-massage, breathwork, acupressure, and a restorative sound journey. Participants were welcomed with grounding and a one-word “inner weather” check-in, then introduced to Do-In principles and how sound supports regulation. The session blended visualization, gentle sequences, and immersive listening to foster calm, clarity, and embodied presence.

Benefits

Emotional regulation and nervous system downshift through breath, self-massage, and receptive sound.

Improved focus and mental clarity from structured movement, Bhramari breathing, and quiet integration.

Reduced muscular tension and a greater sense of bodily ease via acupressure and gentle postures.

Enhanced self-awareness and mood through check-ins, visualization, and group rhythm/voice.

Restorative rest and recharging from the closing sound bath and guided relaxation.

Hosted by Juliet Hives

About the Host

I am a music therapist and sound practitioner based in Triel-sur-Seine (Yvelines, 78), offering gentle, evidence-informed and heart-centered work that blends music therapy with therapeutic sound for children, adults, and schools. Practice pillars are presence, authenticity, and simple, sensory experiences that foster regulation, connection, and inner transformation. My mission is to help people reconnect with their authentic inner rhythm so they feel seen, heard, and safely expressed—beyond words—using music and vibration as universal languages for healing and development. This work supports nervous system down-regulation, emotional literacy, and deeper self-awareness in a calm, non-judgmental space.
