Description
Emotions are an essential part of working life. Pressure, uncertainty, difficult conversations and interpersonal dynamics can easily trigger automatic reactions – particularly when demands are high.
This interactive workshop helps participants better understand their emotional patterns and develop practical ways to regain balance when emotions run high.
Combining insights from neuroscience, mindfulness and positive neuroplasticity, participants explore how emotions affect the brain and body, learn to recognise their own triggers and practise simple techniques to create space between an emotional reaction and the response they choose.
The session includes:
- Understanding the brain's emotional response to stress and challenge
- Recognising personal triggers and early signs of emotional reactivity
- Practical techniques for regulating emotions in the moment
- Mindfulness-based practices to create space between stimulus and response
- Using positive neuroplasticity to strengthen inner resources
- Applying emotional balance to challenging conversations and everyday workplace situations
Benefits
Participants will:
- Increase awareness of their emotional patterns and triggers
- Develop practical tools to regulate emotions under pressure
- Respond more consciously rather than reacting automatically
- Strengthen calm, clarity and emotional flexibility
- Navigate difficult interactions with greater perspective
