Workshop

Description

A reflective and embodied session exploring the hidden costs
of modern working life and what meaningful recovery can look like.

The session begins with a guided body-based check-in,
inviting participants to notice how they are arriving physically and mentally.
Participants then move through restorative movement and breath practices
addressing common patterns associated with desk-based and cognitively demanding
work, including physical tension, restricted breathing and mental
fragmentation.

The session closes with personal reflection, helping
participants identify their own energy drains, recovery anchors and one small,
sustainable change to carry forward.

Participants leave with both a felt experience of
restoration and a simple framework for thinking about their energy beyond the
session. No previous experience required.

About the Host

I am a psychologist, wellbeing practitioner and yoga instructor with a background that doesn't fit neatly into one box, which is precisely what shapes how I work.

After eight years leading complex programmes at the heart of UK government, I founded Tada Collective, a corporate wellbeing practice built on a simple observation: we are increasingly asked to give more in environments designed to nourish us less. My work is a response to that.

I combine applied psychology, mindfulness and restorative movement to create sessions that are grounded in science and felt in the body. My facilitation style is warm, practical and spacious. I enjoy creating experiences where people feel comfortable pausing, reflecting and reconnecting, whether that's a team session, a larger group or individuals seeking a more personal experience of this work.

My sessions help people better understand their nervous systems, develop tools for stress and energy management, and create more space for focus and sustainable wellbeing.

What makes my approach distinctive is the combination of psychological training, the embodied awareness developed through a long yoga practice, and first-hand experience of what high-pressure professional environments feel like from the inside.

I offer one-off immersive sessions and longer-term programmes, and I am always happy to tailor the experience to the needs of the group.
