We provide a wide range of wellbeing services for Physical, Mental, Emotional and Spiritual Health. We provide various hands on activities for participants to feel better in their own body. They will be guided by the professionals in the respective areas to help them work on themselves. We use methods such as Mindfulness-Based Practices, Guided Meditation, Breathwork (Pranayama), Therapeutic Movement, Yoga Asanas, Psychodrama Techniques, Expressive Art Therapy, Cognitive and Behavioral Tools, Relaxation and Grounding Exercises, Ayurvedic Lifestyle Guidance, Sound Healing, and Reflective Group Processes to promote balance and overall wellbeing.

About the Host
Koodum is a team of Psychologist and Sound Therapist, Ayurvedic Physician, Yoga Specialist and Performing Artist. Led by a seasoned Psychologist with over 10 years of professional experience in the field. Also a certified professional in Advanced Sound Therapy Teacher’s Training. Worked with corporate organizations for almost four years with reputed MNCs on FAANG projects. Worked with schools, universities, government organizations, NGOs, and various other sectors, both nationally and internationally. And has conducted over 400 corporate trainings, workshops, and seminars to date, contributing significantly to mental health awareness, personal growth, and workplace well-being. Ayurvedic Physician, Licensed and Board Certified with over 5 years of experience leading workshops and trainings related to Ayurvedic/Holistic Wellness in Schools and Colleges and over 2 years of medical practice with over 150 patients intake every year. Yoga Specialist with 20+ extensive years of experience training and guiding practitioners nationally and internationally. With more than 2000 plus students trained personally till date. Performing Artists with a background in Psychiatric Social Work with 10+ years of experience in leading Psychodrama and Emotional revelation workshops at Schools, Colleges and Corporates.
