About the Host

Leadership and career coach, resilience trainer, mental (health) coach and author Fascinated by what we humans can accomplish, I've spent my life exploring our human potential, both from inside myself and in the outer world: • Through inner states of consciousness and practices around the world, such as meditation and mindset techniques, as well as modern physics to understand the world we live in. • Personally, in several successful careers as a classical musician, as a visual artist, a spiritual counsellor and as a business owner. • By coaching and teaching, exploring what triggers the use of unused potential and the keys to unlocking that hidden door. • By delving into other states of consciousness in different cultures through music, meditation, relaxation techniques, shamanism and creative flow, thus understanding the importance of connection between mind and body for my own healing journeys from minor and major illnesses. • For the last 12 years through coaching professionals, specialists, creatives and C-level executives who have lost their jobs, are facing health issues or who wish to take their creative leadership skills to the next level. The findings of my life-long exploration were published in 2020 in my book: 'Our Secret Potential – a new approach to purpose, performance and well being in the 21st century' I can provide expert guidance on how to • Lead crisis into purpose • Perform at a high level and manage stress • Manage change, build a new life and a successful career • Become resilient with inner strength, focus and self-coaching • Harness creativity, artistic creative expression and flow • Analyse potential and assess • Benefit from (self) hypnosis, meditation and mindset • Understand the power of images and visualisation • Clear and reset the 3 brains head, heart and gut, and create coherence to access intuition, instinct, insight and inspiration • Comprehend the importance of self-healing in the healing journey

Travel Locations

Switzerland. Travel costs range from 100 CHF to 150 CHF plus overnight stay 200 CHF for workshops that run for more than a day.
Germany and Austria within a radius of 3 hours' drive by car from Zurich.
