Description

Step out of your head and into the moment! This playful, high-energy workshop helps you reconnect with your natural spontaneity through fun, fast-paced improv games. No scripts or pressure! Just laughter, curiosity, and the joy of saying “yes, and…” to whatever comes next. Perfect for beginners or anyone craving more confidence, creativity, and connection.

Benefits

Improv isn’t just about being funny: it’s about being free. In “Meeting Your Spontaneous Self,” you’ll learn to let go of overthinking, trust your instincts, and stay present in the moment. The games and exercises train your brain to say “yes”  to ideas, to others, and to yourself-- building confidence, quick thinking, and genuine connection. You’ll discover how spontaneity fuels creativity, how play unlocks authenticity, and how laughter can quiet your inner critic. Whether you’re looking to boost communication skills, spark new ideas, or simply have a great time, this workshop offers a joyful, low-pressure way to reconnect with your most alive and adaptable self.
