Description

This session is a guided wellness experience focused on mindful living, healthy lifestyle habits, and sustainable behavior change. Participants are supported in understanding how daily routines, stress, mindset, and work–life balance influence overall well-being. The session combines gentle discussion, guided reflection, light movement or breathing exercises, and practical lifestyle tools that participants can immediately apply in everyday life. The experience is interactive, inclusive, and adaptable to different group settings, making it suitable for corporate, creative, and private audiences. Sessions can be delivered as a short introductory experience or expanded into a deeper workshop format, depending on the group’s needs. The focus remains on realistic, approachable well-being practices that feel supportive rather than overwhelming or restrictive.

About the Host

As a wellness practitioner and consultant with over nine years of experience, I am deeply passionate about supporting individuals and groups in leading healthier, more balanced lifestyles. My work focuses on sustainable behavior change, mindful living, work–life balance, and overall well-being, going beyond fitness to address daily habits, mindset, stress management, and lifestyle choices. I am interested in joining Culture Vitale as a Culturist to collaborate on meaningful wellness experiences that inspire connection, vitality, and long-term well-being. I enjoy delivering accessible, engaging sessions that empower people to make positive changes that feel realistic and supportive, and I value creating experiences that nurture both personal growth and collective well-being.

Travel Locations

UAE-based, willing to travel locally and internationally. Open to travel across Europe and other regions as required. Travel and accommodation costs to be covered by the client, discussed and agreed in advance depending on location and duration.

Client Requirements

For in-person sessions, I kindly request a suitable space appropriate to the group size, with enough room for light movement where applicable. Depending on the session format, access to basic equipment such as a microphone (for larger groups), projector or screen, and seating or floor mats may be required. All requirements can be discussed and confirmed in advance to ensure a smooth and comfortable experience for participants.
