Psychological safety is not about being “nice” all the time. It is about creating a team climate where people can contribute ideas, raise concerns, ask questions, challenge respectfully, and recover from mistakes without fear of humiliation or unnecessary defensiveness.
In this session, participants explore the everyday behaviors that either strengthen or weaken trust inside a team. Through practical reflection, guided discussion, and short interactive exercises, they learn how to create more openness, better listening, clearer feedback, and more constructive accountability.

About the Host
I am a corporate trainer, executive coach, keynote speaker, and author based in Istanbul, working at the intersection of leadership development, psychological safety, communication, emotional agility, and human-centered performance. My sessions combine strong practical business relevance with psychology-based insight, storytelling, and highly engaging facilitation. I work with leaders, teams, and organizations to help them build trust, communicate better, adapt to change, and turn insight into real behavioral action. I am especially known for translating complex ideas into accessible, memorable learning experiences. Alongside workshops and keynote talks, I bring a distinctive style that blends reflection, interaction, and applied tools. I am also the author of Football Therapy, where I use sports as a metaphor for personal growth, resilience, leadership, and human connection.
