Description
A practical, interactive workshop designed to help teams manage stress in real time and communicate more effectively under pressure.
In fast-paced work environments, stress often leads to reactivity, miscommunication, and reduced clarity. This session gives participants simple, science-based tools to regulate their nervous system and respond more intentionally in challenging situations.
Through practical exercises and short guided practices, participants learn how to regulate their nervous system in real time, especially during high-pressure work situations.
What the session includes:
• A short introduction to how stress impacts decision-making, communication, and performance
• Guided, easy-to-apply nervous system regulation techniques (breath, attention, grounding)
• Real-time exercises to practice shifting from reaction → response
• Short partner or group interactions to apply tools in communication scenarios
• Reflection prompts to connect insights directly to workplace situations (meetings, deadlines, feedback conversations)
The session is highly experiential, engaging, and accessible — participants actively practice the tools rather than just learn them.
They leave with practical strategies they can immediately apply in their daily work, especially in moments of pressure, conflict, or overload.

About the Host
I create interactive workshop experiences that help teams improve communication, manage stress more effectively, and work together with greater clarity and connection. My sessions give participants practical, easy-to-use tools to regulate pressure in real time, communicate more clearly in challenging situations, and understand interpersonal dynamics that affect collaboration and performance. I’m a relationship therapist, yoga teacher & a facilitator, with 6 years experience working in group facilitation and emotionally dynamic environments. Through a combination of guided exercises, reflection, and experiential learning, participants leave with concrete strategies they can immediately apply in their work and team interactions. The focus is on creating more aligned, resilient, and effective ways of working together, improving both individual awareness and overall team dynamics in a grounded and accessible way.
