Description
This interactive session introduces simple, effective techniques for managing stress, improving focus, and supporting sustained performance through breath, rhythm, and structured creative practice.
Participants are guided through a series of exercises that combine breathing techniques, rhythmic pattern-making, and visual structures such as reflective symmetry and radial symmetry. These patterns provide a clear, repeatable framework that supports concentration, regulation, and a sense of balance.
The session begins with a brief introduction to how breath and rhythm influence energy levels, attention, and emotional regulation. Participants are then guided through accessible breathing patterns designed to support relaxation and mental clarity.
This is followed by hands-on creative exercises using repetitive mark-making, mirrored (reflective) symmetry, and circular (radial) symmetry. These structured visual approaches help participants focus attention, create consistency, and experience how rhythm and pattern can regulate internal states.
Throughout the session, participants are encouraged to notice shifts in attention, energy, and engagement, and to identify techniques they can apply in real-time work situations.
The session concludes with a short reflection and practical takeaways that participants can integrate into their daily routines.

About the Host
I am a multidisciplinary facilitator with over 20 years of experience in art education, now working at the intersection of creativity, emotional awareness, and group dynamics.
My work combines visual art, reflective practices, and elements of behavioral science to create structured, engaging experiences that support communication, self-awareness, and collaboration. I design sessions that are accessible to all participants, regardless of artistic background, with a focus on participation, clarity, and connection.
Through my platform, EdyMade, I have led workshops for children, adults, and organizations, with an emphasis on process-based creativity and inclusive facilitation. My approach is both intuitive and structured, allowing participants to engage meaningfully while feeling supported throughout the experience.
