Description
Participants begin with a short arrival exercise and visual cueing process. They are then guided through a sequence of individual mark-making and small-group creative responses using paper, ink, collage fragments, simple materials, and optional writing prompts. The session concludes with a collective assembly where the group creates a shared 'conversation object' piece, followed by a debrief oriented toward team communication, trust, creative confidence, or strategic perspective.

- Step out of verbal over-analysis and performative meeting cultures
- Surface underlying assumptions and team patterns visually
