Description
How will life be in 2035, and what does it mean for YOU? This is a scenario-based journey into three contrasting yet plausible futures.
Leaders step into each world, explore how they would live and lead there, and discover how to build resilience and choice in the present.
Experience highlights
-
Immersive exploration of three future scenarios, each raising different questions about the success and sustainability of your work.

-
A practical sense of how their strengths and skills could play out across very different futures.
-
A deeper understanding of how today’s choices – personal and organisational – shape tomorrow’s possibilities.
-
Concrete ideas to build individual and team resilience for multiple, uncertain futures.

About the Host
I am unusual in enabling people and businesses develop far-reaching insights into both their inner worlds and the wider world in which they are building their future. I have specialised for over 15 years in transformative processes supporting empowered mindsets and resilient strategies in challenging and conflict-affected contexts. I draw on extensive experience as a member of the Association of Professional Futurists, a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach, and Founder-Director of the futures thinking agency Flux Compass, as well as author of two progressive books on business strategy and culture with Palgrave Macmillan: 'The Brand Strategist's Guide to Desire' and 'The Innovation-Friendly Organization'. I can help you build preparedness for disruption and finding constructive ways forward. I have worked with corporates and multilateral groups, in universities, business schools and with multilateral organizations across the world, including Hong Kong, Singapore, Korea, Iraq, Afghanistan, the UK and Europe. I have a 1st-class degree from Oxford University and a Master's in Gender and Comparative Politics from SOAS, London.

Client Requirements
I meet clients where they are (literally!) through highly tailored experiences. Sometimes a projector and mic is useful, but I have also delivered workshops outside. I mostly use circle formats or breakout tables, and additional floor space to bring in movement is always an advantage. Good natural lighting also supports creative thinking.
