About the Host

After an enriching career of over 20 years in the corporate world, where I had the opportunity to lead teams in companies like Bayer, my professional path took a turn. As an Excellence Trainer and Coach, I applied methodologies such as Lean Management and Design Thinking to improve team processes and performance through interactive workshops. This demanding leadership role gave me a deep insight into the importance of resilience and well-being in the workplace. This experience now inspires me to serve as a bridge between strategic vision and consciousness, helping women and entrepreneurs release blocks, reprogram limiting patterns, and make decisions that allow them to live and lead their businesses from their authentic essence.
