Trauma-informed wellness and mindfulness professional with a Master’s degree in Spiritual Psychology and 10+ years of experience reducing stress and strengthening emotional wellbeing across individuals and teams. Partnered with organizational leadership to offer workplace workshops, achieving an average 60% reduction in employee stress levels. Former refugee with lived experience of displacement and resilience, bringing a culturally responsive, nervous-system-informed lens to wellness strategy, leadership development, and human performance.
