About the Host

I am a systemic facilitator, educator, and coach with more than two decades of experience supporting individuals, families, leaders, and organizations in understanding the patterns that shape human behavior, relationships, and well-being. My work brings together New Family Constellations, Transactional Analysis, neuroscience, HeartMath®, somatic practices, and other evidence-informed approaches to help people expand awareness, strengthen emotional regulation, and develop greater clarity in their personal and professional lives. As the founder of Quanta Systemic Academy, I facilitate trainings, workshops, and coaching experiences internationally.
