In every organisation, people carry experiences that have shaped them—successes, setbacks, transitions and moments of uncertainty.
Inspired by the Japanese philosophy of Kintsugi, The Gold Within is an experiential workshop that invites participants to explore resilience, self-awareness and authentic leadership through reflection, creativity and meaningful conversation.
Using the powerful metaphor of repairing broken pottery with gold, participants discover that our challenges do not diminish our value—they often become the source of our greatest wisdom, empathy and strength.
Far beyond a creative activity, every experience is thoughtfully designed around the needs of each organisation, supporting themes such as resilience, leadership, change, psychological safety and personal growth.

About the Host
I am a facilitator, therapist, and mentor with a background in leadership, learning, and human development, and over a decade of experience working with entrepreneurs, leaders, and international communities. Alongside my work with groups and organizations, I also support individuals through processes of personal leadership, emotional resilience, burnout recovery, and transformational growth, helping them identify unconscious patterns, reconnect with themselves, and lead from a more conscious and aligned place. My approach integrates somatic and trauma-informed practices, systemic thinking, and creative facilitation to create engaging and meaningful experiences that go beyond traditional workshops. In corporate environments, my work supports teams and leaders in navigating stress and change, strengthening emotional intelligence, fostering psychological safety and authentic communication, and building healthier, more resilient ways of working together. I focus on creating spaces that encourage connection, self-awareness, trust, and sustainable performance, both individually and collectively.
