Description
Duration: 90-180 minutes
Group size: 7–25 participants
Format: Individual + collective installation
A psychologist-led creative experience designed to explore and externalize the “invisible load” individuals carry in fast-paced environments.
Through a guided and structured creative process, participants translate internal pressure, stress, and mental noise into visual form. These individual expressions are then brought together into a shared collective artwork, offering a powerful reflection of the group’s emotional landscape.
No artistic experience is required.
Workshop Flow:
1. Arrival & Framing
2. Individual Expression
3. Collective Composition
4. Group Reflection
5. Integration
Benefits
Outcomes
– Increased awareness of personal and collective stress patterns
– Reduction of isolation through shared experience
– Improved emotional awareness and group empathy
– A tangible representation of what is usually invisible
– A structured pause within high-demand environments
What makes this unique
Unlike traditional wellness or team-building sessions, this experience combines individual reflection with a collective visual outcome, making internal experiences visible at a group level without requiring verbal disclosure.
It is specifically designed to scale to larger groups while maintaining depth, structure, and psychological safety.

About the Host
I am a psychologist trained in art therapy, and founder of Fluid Art & Wellness, where I design and host creative experiences that support emotional hygiene, regulation, and reflection.
My work is at the intersection of group psychology, mindfulness, and creative process. I draw on clinical training, art therapy-informed approaches, and group dynamics to create psychologically safe and intentional spaces that are deeply reflective and grounded.
With a background in both mental health and high-performance environments, I bring a nuanced understanding of how individuals navigate stress, identity, and internal pressure. My approach focuses on emotional hygiene, self-awareness, and reconnecting with one’s inner experience through non-verbal expression.
I focus on the preventive side of mental health, supporting emotional hygiene, self-awareness, and regulation through accessible yet intentional experiences.
I have facilitated workshops and group experiences for individuals, communities, and organizations, creating experiences that are both meaningful and adaptable to different cultural and social contexts. with a strong emphasis on structure, and depth rather than entertainment or performance.
My facilitation style is intentional, grounded, and designed to move beyond surface-level wellness into deeper reflective work.
I am also open to designing tailored formats depending on the needs of the group or organization.
