Description
This 45-minute experience gently invites your team into the world of systemic coaching with The Map of Change as our shared, creative tool. Participants will be guided through a series of questions to invite creativity and curiosity into the exploratory process.
What to expect:
Together, we’ll co-create a visual “map” of your team’s professional landscape, exploring things like:
Where do individuals and alliances sit within the broader organisation?
Where are boundaries?
Which dynamics, unspoken alliances, or tensions are present?
Where are hidden treasures buried, like strengths, untapped resources?
And how do these shape your collective journey?
Through metaphor and visual storytelling, the map becomes a shared reflection, making visible what is often felt but unseen.
How it works:
The session is available online and in person. We can bring your map to life online, using digital drawing tools, or in person, using pens and paper.
I guide the session with a systemic, appreciative approach: You bring your experience - I bring the tools. We create together. The process encourages connection, shared language, and collective awareness.
Session flow:
Welcome & Intent (10 min): I create an atmosphere of ease and presence.
Team Mapping (10 min): A playful, visual collective exploration.
Reflection (10 min): The team performs as a tour guide to spark conversation and awareness.
Debrief & Next Steps (15 min): We pause. What surfaces? What subtle shifts or questions arise? This becomes your starting point for deeper team work.
Outcome: You will walk away with a snapshot of your team's current reality, new insights and a gentle bridge into more profound team conversations, coaching, or strategic development.
Benefits
The Map of Change is a gentle exercise to invite creativity and curiosity to work. It’s about exploring and experiencing perspectives in a playful way. It helps teams gain new insights, and gently shift what the team notices. The teams will take away a visual image of their team map, which may simply serve as a souvenir, or a starter resource for a more profound and long-term team coaching process.
