Description

This interactive workshop demystifies meditation and equips participants with practical, evidence-based tools they can immediately apply in daily work life, no apps, special equipment, or previous experience required.

We begin by busting the 7 most common meditation myths, then guide participants through a curated journey of surprising mindfulness practices: a Raisin Meditation (a sensory awareness exercise that reveals the power of presence through an everyday object), Breath Meditation (learning Anapana technique to sharpen focus and calm the mind), a Walking Meditation (discovering mindfulness in movement), and the Smile Meditation (activating calm through body-mind connection).

Each participant leaves with a personalised "mindfulness menu" — a toolkit of techniques matched to their lifestyle so they can continue practising immediately, whether at their desk, during commutes, or between meetings.

About the Host

As an Association for Coaching-accredited coach with a Therapeutic Coaching™ certification, I blend evidence-based coaching techniques with mindfulness practices I cultivated through a Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction program and years of Vipassana meditation.
Having navigated career transitions across cultural diplomacy, social entrepreneurship, and tech while living in four countries across Asia and Europe, I bring a multicultural awareness to the experiences I design. As a TEDx speaker, I inspire people to live courageously and take bold actions aligned with their values.
