Participants are guided through a personalised, one-on-one NLP coaching journey designed to identify and shift the beliefs, patterns, and internal narratives that are limiting their performance, confidence, or wellbeing. Each session uses NLP techniques including rapport-building, timeline work, reframing, anchoring, and values elicitation to create lasting, meaningful change — not just insight.
What Participants Will Experience
- An opening values and beliefs elicitation session — a structured conversation that helps the participant identify what truly drives them, where their values are in conflict, and what beliefs are quietly shaping their decisions and behaviour without their awareness
- A pattern interrupt exercise in which the participant identifies a recurring behaviour or response pattern that is not serving them — and experiences, often for the first time, that it is possible to respond differently in the same trigger situation
- A timeline visualisation session in which the participant revisits a formative experience with new perspective and resources — releasing the emotional charge that has been carried forward and replacing it with a more empowering interpretation
- A reframing session in which limiting beliefs — "I am not confident enough," "I always freeze under pressure," "I am not a natural leader" — are examined, challenged, and replaced with accurate, evidence-based alternatives through a structured NLP process
- An anchoring exercise in which the participant creates a personal physiological anchor — a physical trigger they can use independently to access a desired emotional state (confidence, calm, focus) in any situation
- A closing integration session in which the participant maps the changes they have experienced onto their real life — identifying specific situations where they will apply their new patterns, beliefs, and resources going forward

About the Host
I am a corporate trainer, experiential facilitator, wellness practitioner, and NLP coach with over 10 years of experience working across India, New Zealand, and the Middle East. I offer corporate training and facilitation, leadership development programmes, dialogue-based workshops, one-on-one and group coaching, post-injury rehabilitation, corrective movement and functional fitness training, workplace wellbeing programmes, NLP-based behavioural coaching, and Improv based recreational workshops for corporates. Experiential programme design and delivery, training needs assessment and gap analysis, one-on-one and group facilitation, dialogue and conflict resolution methodology, corrective exercise prescription, behavioural change coaching, cross-cultural communication, virtual and in-person programme delivery, and independent programme management from design through to evaluation. I am known for a coaching style that is empathetic, direct, and grounded in genuine curiosity about what makes people tick. I build psychological safety quickly, adapt fluidly to different audiences and contexts, and bring both the methodological rigour of a trained facilitator and the practical instincts of someone who has spent a decade working across industries, cultures, and age groups. I operate with full ownership and accountability — every engagement receives my complete attention and commitment.
