Description
An honest, embodied exploration of resilience for people
working in demanding environments.
Rather than treating resilience as simply the ability to
keep going, this session explores what sustainable resilience can look and feel
like in practice. Participants are guided through grounding, gentle movement,
breath awareness and restorative practice, with psychological insight woven
into the experience rather than delivered as a lecture.
The session closes with a short reflection, helping
participants identify their own early signs of stress or depletion and consider
the practices and conditions that support recovery.
Warm, practical and non-clinical in tone. No previous yoga
or mindfulness experience is required.
Benefits
- A
more sustainable and realistic understanding of resilience - Greater
awareness of personal signs of stress and depletion - An

awareness of the relationship between sustainable performance and recovery

About the Host
I am a psychologist, wellbeing practitioner and yoga instructor with a background that doesn't fit neatly into one box, which is precisely what shapes how I work.
After eight years leading complex programmes at the heart of UK government, I founded Tada Collective, a corporate wellbeing practice built on a simple observation: we are increasingly asked to give more in environments designed to nourish us less. My work is a response to that.
I combine applied psychology, mindfulness and restorative movement to create sessions that are grounded in science and felt in the body. My facilitation style is warm, practical and spacious. I enjoy creating experiences where people feel comfortable pausing, reflecting and reconnecting, whether that's a team session, a larger group or individuals seeking a more personal experience of this work.
My sessions help people better understand their nervous systems, develop tools for stress and energy management, and create more space for focus and sustainable wellbeing.
What makes my approach distinctive is the combination of psychological training, the embodied awareness developed through a long yoga practice, and first-hand experience of what high-pressure professional environments feel like from the inside.
I offer one-off immersive sessions and longer-term programmes, and I am always happy to tailor the experience to the needs of the group.
