Participants will learn simple techniques to regulate the nervous system, explore how balanced nutrition supports energy and mood, and apply these concepts by creating a simple, nourishing mini-meal that supports a balanced mood.

About the Host

As a licensed Nutritionist (CNS), Health Coach, Reiki Master, and Sound Bath Meditation Facilitator with over 10 years of experience, I bring a uniquely integrative approach to health and wellness, grounded in science, rooted in nature, and powered by compassion. With advanced training in functional nutrition and a specialization in herbal medicine, I blend evidence-based nutrition practices with holistic healing to support mind-body transformation. My work is deeply plant-powered, personalized, and client-centered. Whether I’m guiding a private client, leading a workshop, or teaching a cooking, holistic wellness or herbal medicine class, my goal is to create sustainable pathways to health that nourish all aspects of one’s being, mind, body and spirit. I’m particularly passionate about the intersection of nutrition and mental health, helping individuals harness the power of food, meditation, self-awareness and energy healing practices to reduce stress, improve mood, resilience, and overall wellbeing.

I am insured by HPSO (liability insurance). I am a licensed nutritionist in NY state. I am a certified health coach. I am completing my breathwork certification at the moment. I have herbal medicine certifications. I have extensive experience leading various holistic wellness workshops, including Reiki workshops, sound bath meditation workshops, goal setting meditation workshops, herbal medicine and herbal skincare workshops, cooking and nutrition workshops, health and wellness presentations, stress mitigation and resilience workshops, nutrition education.

Client Requirements

If the live sound bath meditation will be shared on zoom, then I would need to have the right settings for optimal audio. If I am presenting a wellness/nutrition topic, then I would use PowerPoint slides. If its a cooking, herbal medicine, or herbal skincare making class, I would prefer a sink if possible. If its a meditation/breathwork class, yoga mats, meditation pillows or blankets would be ideal.

I currently host sound bath meditation for Optum/Plus One and private group clients and support stress mitigation and resilience for corporate employees.
