As a licensed Nutritionist (CNS), Health Coach, Reiki Master, and Sound Bath Meditation Facilitator with over 10 years of experience, I bring a uniquely integrative approach to health and wellness, grounded in science, rooted in nature, and powered by compassion. With advanced training in functional nutrition and a specialization in herbal medicine, I blend evidence-based nutrition practices with holistic healing to support mind-body transformation. Whether I’m guiding a private client, leading a workshop, or teaching a cooking, holistic wellness or herbal medicine class, my goal is to create sustainable pathways to health that nourish all aspects of one’s being, mind, body and spirit. I’m particularly passionate about the intersection of nutrition and mental health, helping individuals harness the power of food, meditation, self-awareness and energy healing practices to reduce stress, improve mood, resilience, and overall wellbeing.
