Description
Teams participate in a timed simulation where they are assigned creative roles such as Executive Producer, Director, and Screenwriter. They must generate movie ideas based on randomized prompt cards covering genre, characters, and events. Along the way, the facilitator (acting as the 'Studio Boss') provides real-time strategic interference and feedback, requiring teams to adapt and refine their pitches under pressure. The session concludes with a winner selection and a facilitated discussion.
Benefits
- Increased creative confidence in pitching ideas.
- Enhanced ability to maintain team collaboration under high-pressure conditions.
- Practical, first-hand experience in managing complex feedback loops.
- Development of a shared language for effective creative decision-making.
- Professional insight into the subjectivity of industry storytelling.
