Description
There are moments when you know that something in your professional or personal life needs to change, but you cannot yet see clearly what the next step should be.
This individual coaching session creates space to separate what you know from what you fear, what genuinely needs to change from what simply feels uncomfortable, and what information you actually need before taking action.
Rather than searching for a perfect answer, we work together to clarify the situation, identify the assumptions that may be keeping you stuck, explore realistic options and define a concrete next step.
The session is conversational, practical and focused on your specific situation. You leave not with somebody else’s answer, but with greater clarity about your own — and an action you can actually take.

About the Host
I am a Certified Life Coach and international high-performance sport professional with more than two decades of experience working in environments where pressure, uncertainty, discipline and continuous adaptation are part of everyday performance.
My background as an international dressage rider, professional horse trainer and founder of Hof Marabunta has given me a practical perspective on leadership, decision-making, communication, accountability and performance under pressure. I work with the principle that effective development is not about eliminating uncertainty or avoiding mistakes, but about building the ability to respond intelligently when reality does not follow the plan.
My approach is practical, engaging and action-oriented. I enjoy turning complex ideas around performance, behaviour and decision-making into concepts people can immediately understand, discuss and apply. Alongside my work in international sport and coaching, I have participated in more than 50 international podcast conversations, exploring leadership, pressure, adaptability, error management and personal development with audiences across different countries and professional backgrounds.
I bring energy, curiosity and a highly practical perspective to individual coaching, group discussions and development experiences, always with the aim of leaving participants with something useful they can take into their own work and decisions.
