The session includes:

About the Host

I am a professional actress and voice artist with extensive international experience, working across various countries and cultural contexts. In addition to my theatre practice, I run my own theatre company, developing and performing original work. I lead workshops for teenagers and adults that focus on voice, movement, acting techniques, comedy, vocal training, and, when requested, singing. I am also a certified yoga instructor, integrating body awareness and mindfulness into my creative approach.
