Alicia is an organisational psychologist, consultant, and coach, experienced in partnering with senior leaders and teams across global organisations. She has designed and delivered experiential sessions for C-suite leaders at a Big 4 firm, corporate wellbeing workshops at one of Asia’s leading wellbeing tech companies, and leadership coaching for senior professionals across Fortune 500s, SMEs, and governments.
Her sessions sit at the intersection of behavioural science, mindfulness, and movement. Whether she’s leading a Barre and breathwork reset or a team psychology workshop, she creates spaces that are energising, evidence-based, and genuinely memorable.
Alicia knows firsthand what it feels like to run on autopilot — pushing through burnout, wrestling with self-doubt, and living out of sync with her own values without realising how much it was holding her back. It was coaching that changed that. That experience is what drives her work today: helping others build the self-awareness and inner foundation to perform sustainably and lead on their own terms.
She is a certified Business Chemistry® facilitator, qualified psychometrician, and Mental Health First Aid® instructor, with academic training from King’s College London and Manchester Business School.
