
I am a seasoned facilitator specializing in well-being, creativity, and mindful group sessions. Over the past several years, I have designed and animated workshops in corporate and group contexts, including meditation classes, writing workshops, book-based discussions, relaxation and energy sessions, and gentle sport or movement exercises. I bring warmth, presence, and a playful yet grounded style to my interventions. I really am a social bee and love spending time with people doing the things I love: wellness and literary experiences.
