
I am a Wellness Coach, Yoga Teacher, Women's Health Specialist and Holistic Wellbeing Facilitator with over 15 years of experience helping individuals and groups cultivate greater vitality, resilience, balance and wellbeing. My professional journey began through movement, dance and yoga, and has evolved into an integrative approach that combines Yoga, Mindfulness, Breathwork, Ayurveda, Positive Psychology, Lifestyle Medicine and Transformational Coaching. Throughout my career, I have taught internationally, facilitated workshops and retreats, supported clients from diverse cultural backgrounds, and helped people navigate stress, life transitions, energy management and personal growth. I have also worked as a Wellness Coach and Community Lead at TaskHuman, hosting in-person events, supporting individuals around the world through coaching, wellbeing education and meaningful human connection. My work is grounded in the belief that sustainable wellbeing is created when we reconnect with ourselves—physically, mentally and emotionally. Whether I am facilitating a mindfulness session, a conscious movement experience, a wellbeing workshop, a nature-based event or a group coaching program, my intention is to create practical, engaging and transformative experiences that people can integrate into their daily lives. I am passionate about helping individuals and teams develop greater self-awareness, emotional resilience, nervous system regulation, healthy habits and a deeper sense of connection—both with themselves and with others. I facilitate sessions in English, Spanish and French, and enjoy working with multicultural and international communities across a wide range of industries and organizational environments.
