Freelance Creative Practitioner, Creative Coach and Social Change Facilitator with 15+ years' experience designing learning, creative health, coaching and grassroots community engagement programmes. My practice sits at the intersection of applied theatre, experiential development, and strategic L&D — bridging psychological safety, play-based change, and organisational impact. I design and facilitate immersive, arts-based sessions for leadership teams and global organisations: creative coaching (1:1 and group), play-based change workshops that break through silos and rebuild joy and cohesion, CMI-accredited applied theatre programmes for leadership, and participatory visual storytelling for focus groups and community insight-gathering. My freelance practice is built on ISO 45003 principles (global psychological health & safety) — combining structure with play so people can explore ideas, build confidence, and create meaningful change safely. I've delivered high-intensity consultancy and facilitation across the UK, Philippines, Antigua, Gibraltar, and South Africa, for organisations including Alzheimer's Society, University of Liverpool, Yellow Social Interactive, and Liverpool Football Club. As architect of the IE Academy I drove a 9pp increase in learning access and 300% platform usage growth in its first year.
