Ana Maria Mitrofan is a somatic practitioner, ICF coach, and experiential facilitator whose work explores the intersection of psychology, embodiment, creativity, play, and human connection. With a background spanning research, tech, leadership, and group development, and more than 15 years working in international and high-performance corporate environments, she brings together strategic thinking, emotional depth, and creative facilitation in ways that feel both grounded and engaging.
Through workshops, retreats, wellbeing sessions, women’s circles, and immersive group experiences, Ana Maria creates reflective and interactive spaces designed to support emotional wellbeing, communication, psychological safety, self-awareness, creativity, and meaningful connection. Her work combines evidence-informed coaching with experiential approaches such as LEGO® Serious Play®, psychodrama-inspired practices, nervous-system-informed techniques, storytelling, metaphor work, role-play, guided reflection, and embodied facilitation.
Warm, psychologically informed, and deeply human in her approach, Ana Maria supports individuals and teams in reconnecting with clarity, confidence, creativity, communication, and sustainable wellbeing through experiences that invite curiosity, reflection, interaction, and authentic dialogue.
