
My name is Ana Vitor, I’m a health & stress coach focused on helping individuals and teams free themselves from stress through changes in their habits, routines, and lifestyle. As a health and stress management coach, I support teams in preventing burnout through simple, realistic practices – in essence, by returning to the basics of self-care. I believe that health and well-being start outside the office, without dogmas or strict rules: each person holds the power to feel calmer, more focused, and resilient through small daily changes, from sleep and nutrition to conscious energy and priority management. These changes are personalized and implemented gradually, ensuring sustainability, through one-on-one coaching sessions. In addition, in my workshops I teach mindfulness, breathing, and self-care techniques tailored to the context of each team, enabling employees to better handle pressure and daily demands. With an academic background in Management and 8 years of corporate experience, I understand the daily challenges employees face – because I’ve lived them myself.
