About Andreas

I’m Andreas ("Andy") Fenske. Reinvention strategist, coach, and creative lead with 20+ years in storytelling, filmmaking, and building work that ships under pressure.
People don’t resist change. They resist the losses they expect to come with it. Loss of control. Loss of competence. Loss of identity. Loss of belonging. My work lowers those costs first. Then we build what’s next.
In group sessions, I help high-functioning humans step out of autopilot and into clarity, confidence, and forward motion. Not with hype. With structure. A calm room. Simple exercises that surface what’s true. Then practical moves that create visible progress.
My facilitation blends identity-level work with real-world delivery: narrative reframing, decision filters, feedback that doesn’t bruise, and a weekly rhythm that protects energy and focus. The outcome is teams that feel more aligned, more honest, and more able to execute without burning out.
I’m comfortable with professional audiences and mixed seniority groups, shaped by years in international brand and agency environments.
Based in Malmö. I work across the Nordics and Germany and I’m happy to travel Europe-wide.

Good to Know

Client Requirements
Quiet room with movable chairs and space for small-group work. Projector/screen with HDMI + power outlet near presenter area. I bring my laptop; client provides the display + cable. Power outlet near the presenter area. Whiteboard/flipchart + markers preferred. Sticky notes helpful. For groups above ~15, a microphone can help. If sound is needed (video/audio), speakers or room audio should be available.
Additional Notes
Happy to promote broader services without cannibalising the Culture Vitale mini-session format. For any follow-on work with Culture Vitale-introduced clients, I’ll align with Culture Vitale on whether it should run as a Culture Vitale experience (invoiced to CV) or as a separate program under the commission model.
Open to thought-leadership invitations (webinars/panels/roundtables) when topic + audience fit. Happy to align upfront on format, time commitment, and recording/usage permissions.
I also deliver online sessions/workshops via Zoom for distributed teams.
