I am a finance and systems mentor with a background in top‑tier consulting and years of experience supporting leaders and high‑potential women to navigate money, power, and macroeconomic change. Through 1:1 mentoring, group sessions and digital programmes, I help women build grounded, long‑term personal finance strategies that take structural barriers seriously instead of individualising blame. Drawing on my work in knowledge management and the responsible use of generative AI, I design sessions, podcasts and learning platforms that make complex economic information accessible and usable across sectors and cultures. My practice combines clear economic analysis with reflective dialogue, inviting participants to examine how structural inequities show up in their own lives and institutions – and to experiment with more just, sustainable alternatives in how they earn, invest and exercise power.
