I’m an artist and MA Art Therapy trainee at LASALLE College of the Arts (University of the Arts Singapore), with a background in teaching, marketing, and community-based creative work. My practice centres on women’s resilience, healing, and post-traumatic growth, particularly in the context of domestic abuse and recovery.
As a full-time artist since 2020, I’ve exhibited internationally and created work that raises awareness around mental health and the unspoken stories many carry. Alongside my clinical training, I design therapeutic arts workshops that create safe, reflective spaces for participants to explore identity, self-worth, and empowerment through creative expression.
My work blends structure and intuition — holding ethical, trauma-informed boundaries while allowing creativity to lead. I’m deeply passionate about making the arts accessible as a tool for connection, insight, and transformation.
