
I am a psychologist (M.Sc.), sports psychologist, certified mediator, trainer and coach with many 13 years of experience in helping people navigate pressure, performance and personal growth. As a former dancer (Contemporary, Ballet) and choreographer I know stage moments first hand. My work combines psychology, sports psychology, negotiation, performance coaching, mental strength training and embodiment-based coaching. I help athletes, teams and professionals develop focus, confidence, emotional regulation and resilience, especially in moments that matter. In my sessions, I combine scientific insight with practical exercises, reflection and warmth, helping people better understand themselves and build inner resources for sport, work and life.
