
I’m a nutritional therapist and wellbeing practitioner with experience delivering 1:1 support, educational talks, and group workshops focused on sustainable health, energy, and performance. My work centres on practical, evidence-informed nutrition and lifestyle strategies that help people feel more resilient, focused, and supported in everyday life.
I specialise in making nutrition science accessible and realistic, with a particular focus on energy regulation, stress support, digestion, hormonal health, and building a healthier relationship with food, especially within busy or high-pressure environments.
Alongside my nutrition work, I’m currently training in coaching psychology, which informs how I facilitate sessions through reflection, self-awareness, and behaviour change, while remaining firmly non-clinical. I enjoy creating engaging, human-centred sessions that feel grounding, practical, and easy to apply beyond the workshop setting.
