Hello, I'm Anthi.
I am passionate about helping women who feel that somewhere along the way they have lost a part of themselves; or perhaps simply forgotten the incredible person they have always been.
I know what it's like to feel overwhelmed, disconnected, and as though you're just getting through each day while putting everyone else's needs before your own. I've been there myself, and that journey has shaped not only who I am, but also the work I feel called to do.
I was born in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, to a Greek family, later studied in the United Kingdom, and now live in Greece with my husband and our three daughters. Living across different cultures and experiencing many life transitions has given me a deep appreciation for people's unique stories and a genuine ability to connect with women from different backgrounds.
Before becoming a transformational coach, I spent many years working in education, public health and leadership roles, where I had the privilege of teaching, facilitating groups, mentoring others and leading teams. Looking back, supporting people to grow has always been the common thread running through everything I've done.
Today, I bring those experiences together through coaching and retreat leadership. I have recently trained as a Retreat Leader and am creating immersive retreats for women based on my GEM Framework, a journey that helps women reconnect with the unique brilliance that already exists within them. I want these retreats to be much more than a few days away from everyday life. My hope is that they become deeply meaningful experiences that women carry with them long after they return home, helping them rediscover themselves and move forward with greater clarity, confidence and purpose.
Whether I'm working one-to-one or with a group, I want people to feel truly seen, heard and accepted. I believe that when we create a safe space to pause, reflect and reconnect with ourselves, real and lasting transformation becomes possible.
Because the truth is, the gem has always been there. Sometimes we simply need someone to help us uncover it again.
