I’m a multidisciplinary wellness entrepreneur, educator, healer and corporate consultant with over a decade of experience at the intersection of nutrition, psychology, somatics, and spiritual science. My work bridges mental wellness and conscious leadership, offering evidence-based and experiential solutions for individuals and organizations seeking deeper job satisfaction, well-being, purpose, and performance. My expertise in somatic therapy, mindfulness, and breathwork allows me to facilitate deeper embodiment and stress regulation experiences (both in-person and virtually). Trained in Somatic Embodiment Coaching, Yoga, Emotional Freedom Technique, Neuro-Linguistic Programming, and Polyvagal-Informed Breathwork, Reiki + Cacao Ceremonies, I integrate these tools to help participants cultivate nervous system balance, emotional intelligence, and workplace cohesion.
