
I’m a Clinical Nutritionist (M.S.), coach, and creator of The Decode Method, an approach that helps people understand and change the patterns that drive their health, behavior, and performance. For over 25 years, I’ve worked with high-achieving individuals who feel stuck despite doing everything “right.” My work goes beyond traditional nutrition and fitness by addressing the underlying drivers of stress, decision-making, and habits: how the nervous system, emotional patterns, and environment shape the way we show up at work and in life. I specialize in translating complex topics like metabolism, hormonal health, and behavior change into clear, practical frameworks that people can immediately apply.
