I’m Ayelen Tassini, a psychologist in training and classical Pilates instructor.
I support people who feel disconnected from themselves, caught in anxiety, overthinking, or repeating patterns, helping them return to their centre and build a life with more calm, clarity, and coherence.
The way I support others comes from something deeply personal.
For years, I lived disconnected from myself. From the outside, it may have looked like everything was fine, but inside there was anxiety, pressure, mental noise, and a constant feeling of surviving rather than truly living. I struggled to rest, to feel at peace, and to listen to what I truly needed.
Over time, I understood that it was not about doing more, controlling everything better, or simply pushing through. It was about coming back to myself.
The body was one of the first doors back. Through Pilates, I began to reconnect with a sense of presence, safety, and inner listening that I had lost. Later, I also deepened my studies in psychology to understand, from a more solid foundation, what I had experienced myself: the relationship between mind, body, emotions, relationships, and the nervous system.
That union is where my work is born today.
An approach that integrates psychological understanding, body awareness, and deep support, helping you understand what is happening within you, regulate yourself better, transform patterns, and come back to yourself with more truth.
I am not interested in offering empty messages or quick fixes. I am interested in creating spaces where you can look at yourself honestly, support yourself more deeply, and recover a more conscious way of being in your life, in your body, and in your relationships.
I believe in processes that bring you back to your centre. The kind that help you stop abandoning yourself. The kind that teach you to live with more presence, more coherence, and more peace.
Because coming back to yourself does not always begin with a big change. Sometimes it begins with something much simpler: truly listening to yourself.
