Weaving and mediation are two key words that guide me in these processes to be able to converge the different needs of the realities involved and with the objective of the initiative. I have been able to develop a lot of experience in working in teams, both with groups composed of professionals who work in the same field and in areas where professionalism is very different from one another. I can manage several tasks at the same time thanks to good planning, management of the unexpected and a great attention to detail and in the detection of errors. I can manage difficult and complex processes not stopping the natural development flows but taking the unexpected as a possibility without losing sight of the objective. I have excellent communication skills and a predisposition to understand the needs of others thanks to a good level of active listening and emotional intelligence. I can identify the most suitable relationship modalities according to the interlocutor in order to activate an effective communication aimed at understanding and mediating between the needs and the needs of the parties involved in a process having developed a good awareness and mastery of the various levels communication: verbal, para verbal and non-verbal so I can analyze and read the contexts in which I act. I can relate to different types of "actors" from public and private institutions to individual professionals, seniors, adults, children and young people. I can talk to a large number of people at the same time, in private or in public, knowing how to manage communication (e.g. mediation processes, public presentations, team meetings, conferences) keeping high attention to the needs of the interlocutors. Insertion within networks and realities, national and international, dealing with art and culture, education and training, archaeology, recovery and conservation of archaeological assets, promotion and territorial development, entrepreneurship, social and cultural planning. Good use of the main tools for photo, video and audio production. Passionate about music and traditional folk songs, including repertoires handed down only orally. Good knowledge of traditions, stories, myths, customs and the main elements of identity nature of Sardinia. Excellent affability and ability to establish relationships and connections.
