About Bastiaan Anthonie

I work as a wellbeing facilitator and educator, with a strong focus on relaxation, breathing, and mental clarity in professional and educational settings.

Over the past 25 years, I have worked in education, facilitation, and wellbeing, supporting individuals and teams in developing better focus, emotional balance, and sustainable ways of working. In my sessions, I combine practical breathing techniques with embodied awareness and simple tools that participants can easily integrate into their daily work or learning routines.

I regularly work with international and multicultural groups, including educators, leaders, creatives, and corporate teams. My most recent interactive workshop was delivered for SKTL, the Finnish Translators and Interpreters Union.

My facilitation style is multidisciplinary and adaptable, ranging from energetic, inspiring, and engaging to calm, attentive, and inclusive, always with a strong emphasis on interaction. Across all formats, I create a safe and focused atmosphere where participants can slow down, reset, and regain clarity and presence. Sessions are designed so that participants leave with practical skills and embodied awareness they can apply both in their professional work and personal life.

All sessions are accessible and down-to-earth, without dogma, and can be adapted to different organizational cultures. The overall aim is to support wellbeing, resilience, and clear, focused thinking in a realistic and practical way.
