Bella Xavier

I'm a Filipina-American who has lived across four countries on three continents — and that journey has been my greatest teacher. Growing up between cultures, navigating new environments, and building a life far from home has given me a deep, lived understanding of resilience, identity, and what it really takes to grow.

I'm currently pursuing a Master's in Entrepreneurship at WHU in Germany and building my own startup — but the foundation beneath all of it is personal: a strong family story, real hardship, and the kind of comebacks that don't happen without doing the inner work first.

I'm passionate about helping people unlock confidence, shift their mindset, and reconnect with who they are — whether that's in the context of entrepreneurship, relationships, or simply becoming more themselves. I bring warmth, honesty, and a no-fluff approach to every conversation and session I lead.

I'm just beginning my facilitation journey, but I've spent years living the material — and I show up for people the way I wish someone had shown up for me.
