As an independent professional Facilitator, I work creatively with a wide range of work and learning groups to help people achieve a predetermined goal in and through the groups they work in – such as group presentations, intercultural awareness, negotiation and mediation. Drawing on skills acquired over 30 years’ experience in a range of Higher Education and Business contexts, I work closely with teams and organisations to help them achieve their task by fostering a dynamic and interactive, person-centred environment in which individuals feel able to contribute their strengths and skills, face their weaknesses and work closely, cohesively – and above all, successfully – with their colleagues.
