I am an interdisciplinary artist and facilitator creating participatory encounters that help people connect, see one another more clearly, and discover new meaning together. My artistic practice works with participation, drawing, text, silence and shared attention. Rather than creating artworks primarily to be observed, I create conditions in which the encounter itself becomes the artwork. Alongside my artistic practice, I draw on more than nine years coaching and facilitating leaders and teams, with a particular background in emotional intelligence, communication and human development. My work with organisations unites these worlds through carefully designed artistic experiences. Participants don't need any artistic background — only curiosity and willingness to take part. Rather than teaching people how they should connect, communicate or think, I create conditions through which they can discover something for themselves and with one another.
