I hold a Master’s Degree in Performance Studies from the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama and a Bachelor of Arts from Bennington College, and I have pursued extensive additional training through leading institutions, including UCLA’s Mindful Awareness Research Center, the Omega Institute for Holistic Studies, the Heartfulness Institute, the Center for Council, Circle Ways, and Ancient Healing Ways.
