Carrie Frais

I am a British broadcast journalist and communications specialist, based in Barcelona for over 20 years. I have worked for some of the world’s leading broadcasters, including BBC, ITV and Sky, as an anchor, reporter and producer. Since relocating to Barcelona, I have specialised in communications coaching, public speaking, and helping individuals and organisations use their voice with clarity, confidence and impact.

Alongside my media career, I am a serial entrepreneur and have founded several ventures, including MumAbroad, a leading platform for the international community in Europe; 4Voices, a public speaking and confidence-building programme for teenagers; and No20, a co-working and events space focused on community and collaboration.

I regularly host and moderate major international conferences and industry events, including South Summit, Mobile World Congress, and Savant eCommerce, working with founders, investors and global brands.

More recently, I have begun working as a freelance trainer at Radiofonics in Barcelona, delivering workshops and courses in podcasting, communication and voice. I believe there is strong potential for collaboration with CultureVitale, and I would welcome the opportunity to explore how my experience in broadcasting, facilitation and communications training could add value to your programmes.
